For the Hot Hollywood celebration in New York, Blake Lively borrowed a shirt out of her mother’s closet, wearing it with an Inhabit vest and Rich & Skinny jeans. The Gossip Girl accessorized with Jeri Cohen bangles, a Van Cleef necklace and Louis Vuitton boots.

I’m not sure I agree that they are Louis Vuitton boots?! A forum visitor suggested they are Christian Louboutin Orniron ankle boots.  Or they could just be her Nine West ankle boots?
