I absolutely love these brown boots that Blake Lively wore on the Gossip Girl set on August 22nd, 2008.  Anyone know the maker/style? I’m thinking they are are Golden Goose boots, but can’t find the exact design. Or maybe they are Dolce & Gabbana?  Or Gucci?
